VeMoBro Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at VeMoBro Philippines.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable to any products that you purchased with Us.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either "the Company '', "We", "Us" or "Our” in this Policy) refers to VeMoBro Philippines.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to VeMoBro Philippines, accessible from www.vemobro.com.ph
- You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
2. Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 48 hours by providing any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which the third party partnered with the platform, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.In order to exercise your right of cancellation, You must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us;
We will reimburse not later than 14 days from the day upon receiving the returned item on which we receive the item in good condition or in the original state as well as the packaging. We will use the LBC remittances, Promo voucher, E-wallet or Bank Transfer to return the claimed amount.
3. Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging & tagging
- The Goods are with original receipts or Airway bill
The following Goods cannot be returned if:
- Items are personalized such as printed items and fabricated items.
- Items which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over such as mobile device accessories (cables, earphones, connectors, flash drives, mobile phone cases, and covers, adapters and others.)
- Items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery such as undergarments,
- Items which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- Items such as vouchers, digital items and subscription, softwares and other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
4. Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at LBC Express Branches.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
5. Returns Process
Step 1. Go to Orders (screenshot 1: Go to Order / Click order)
Step 2. Click Return (screenshot 2: Click Return)
Step 3. Fill up Return Form (screenshot 3: Return Form)
Step 4. Click Submit (screenshot 4: Click submit)
Step 5. VeMoBro will validate the reason for returns within 7 days
Step 6. Approve notification will be sent to the buyer via email (figure: email notification sample)
Step 7. Print the Return Form (screenshot 5: Click Print)
Step 8. Attached the Return Form to the Packed Items
Step 9. Send Items to LBC Branches
Step 10. VeMoBro will validate the items for Return within 7 days
Step 11. Once approved, reimbursement will be remitted to LBC Remittances, e-wallet, Bank Transfer, or Promo Voucher
