If you want to change some information on your account, visit your profile/ account information and edit what you wish to change. We may require verification processes for some information.

Change Email Address

  1. Go to VeMoBro Website Homepage
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Go to Account Information
  4. Change Email address
  5. Verify your email
  6. Go to email and Look for Subject "Verify your New Email Address at VeMoBro"
  7. Click "Confirm my Email"
  8. Page goes to VeMoBro Website Homepage

Change Username

  1. Go to VeMoBro Website Homepage
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Go to Account Information
  4. Change username
  5. Verify your username
  6. Go to email and Look for Subject "Verify your new username at VeMoBro"
  7. Click "Confirm my username"
  8. Once done, a confirmation will appear on the account page that you number has been changed

Change Contact Number

  1. Go to VeMoBro Website Homepage
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Go to Account Information
  4. Change Mobile number
  5. Input your new mobile phone number
  6. Once done, a confirmation will appear on the account page that you number has been changed

If you want to change your password , visit your profile/account information and edit what you wish to change. We may require verification on changing your password via email, simply follow the instructions;

  1. Go to VeMoBro Website Homepage
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Go to Manage Account
  4. Click "Change Password"
  5. A reset password link will be sent to your email address
  6. Go to your email, look for Reset Your Password
  7. Click the Reset Password button
  8. Input Current Password, New Password, and Confirm New Password
  9. Once successfully, a confirmation will appear on the website and also an email will be sent to your email informing you that you successfully changed your password.

If you want to recover your account , visit vemobro.com.ph and enter your credentials. Then click Forgot Password. We may require verification on recovering your account via email, simply follow the instructions:

  1. Go to vemobro.com.ph
  2. Click Log In
  3. Click Forgot username or password
  4. Input Email
  5. Go to email and Look for Subject "Reset Password”
  6. Click “Reset Password”
  7. Enter Email, New Password and Confirm New Password
  8. Click Reset Password
  9. Page goes to VeMoBro Website Login Page

  2. Go to Manage Account
  3. Click Addresses
  4. Add New Address
  5. Complete necessary information to the fields
  6. Click Add New Address
  7. Set as default address

If you want to place an order, simply follow the instructions below:

  1. Add a product to your cart
  2. Proceed to checkout
  3. Pay your order either cash on delivery or online payment
  4. Confirm payment
  5. Click Place Order

  1. Go to Orders (screenshot 1: Go to Order / Click order)
  2. Click Return (screenshot 2: Click Return)
  3. Fill up Return Form (screenshot 3: Return Form)
  4. Click Submit (screenshot 4: Click submit)
  5. VeMoBro will validate the reason for returns within 7 days
  6. Approve notification will be sent to the buyer via email (figure: email notification sample)
  7. Print the Return Form (screenshot 5: Click Print)
  8. Attached the Return Form to the Packed Items
  9. Send Items to LBC Branches
  10. VeMoBro will validate the items for Return within 7 days
  11. Once approved, reimbursement will be remitted to LBC Remittances, e-wallet, Bank Transfer, or Promo Voucher
